The EPC-4853 is based on a VIA Esther 1.2GHz processor, it supports up to 1GB of system memory and will run the XP or Linux o/s. Dual 10/100MHz LAN ports are provided, as are 2 x USB 2.0 ports, a Compact Flash slot and an EIDE interface; optional internal HDD or Mini PCI socket are also available. The boot ROM supports PXE boot and wake-on-LAN remote boot. The integrated VIA UniChrome 2D/3D graphics with integral MPEG4/WMV9 decode accelerator supports screens up to 1920 x1440 and the VIA Vinyl VT1708 integrated audio provides line out and mic in capability.
