Privacy Policy May 2018
We hold personal information, primarily business email addresses, for the limited purposes of sending either press releases to selected media contacts on behalf of our clients, or for sending email newsletters roughly once per month to client's customer and contact lists. The data is securely held at our registered office.
Press contacts are either known to us personally or their email address is supplied as a selection from an online database to which the individual has submitted their contact details. Customer contact lists are supplied to us by the client concerned.
We typically hold a business email address and the business name. In one set of data, supplied on a time-limited lease basis by a publisher, we also hold physical business address and telephone number details.
We do not share information other than with Infacta, who provide us with monitoring and tracking of bulk emails as they are sent out. They hold the email address and country of origin of the recipient if they open or click on links in a mail. We never sell or otherwise make available any of our lists.
To ask about the information we hold on you, submit a Subject Access Request via email to info@parkfield.co.uk with the email address in question so that we can check our database. If you prefer to send a hard copy request, post it to the address below. You will receive a reply within 5 days.
All bulk mailings include an unsubscribe link. Once the unsubscribe instruction has been actioned, the requester receives confirmation that he/she will no longer receive mails from Parkfield on behalf of the client concerned. The email address in question will be deleted from the relevant list but retained without time limit to ensure that it is permanently excluded from future mailings.
We only hold name and email address, and in some limited cases, company name, physical address and telephone number
We do not hold any sensitive personal data such as health information, credit card details, race, religious or political persuasion, ethnic background or sexual orientation
We will correct any inaccurate personal data
We securely store all data that we hold
We never pass your data on to third parties
We will advise you within 24 hours if we have had a data breach
We will provide the details that we hold about you within five days of request
We will delete all your data if you no longer wish us to hold it
