Barcelona hosts NOTIFIER UK ESD conference

NOTIFIER Spain hosted the 2003 UK ESD Conference, held in the prestigious Hotel Meliá Sitges, a superb beachfront venue located only twenty minutes from downtown Barcelona. The conference, attended by directors and senior managers from ESD companies and senior US and UK-based NOTIFIER executives, focussed particularly on the user benefits of the latest technology advances in fire control systems. In larger installations, ID2net, NOTIFIER's newest development, uses advanced networking concepts to provide unparalleled response speed, reliability, robustness and flexibility by harnessing the power of distributed intelligence to combine local control with centralised system management. Delegates were also treated to previews of current research projects that will come to fruition during the next year or so.

All work and no play is certainly not the NOTIFER recipe for team building - the gala conference dinner was a thoroughly entertaining evening, with an excellent meal served in a beautiful location with outstanding entertainment laid on.
