Compact modular signal towers

Pfannenberg UK’s new BR35 signal tower assembly is believed to be the smallest system available from any supplier.  A modular tower system of optical warning units, suitable for use in laboratories and light duty applications such as electronics production and medical equipment manufacturing, each module, sealed to IP54, is a compact 35mm square cross section with soft rounded edges, giving a slim and elegant appearance.  

Available with stand, plinth or tube mounting options, up to five modules can be incorporated into an assembly.  Six different lens colours are produced and the units operate from nominal 12 and 24VDC and 115 and 230VAC.  The modules incorporate a prismatic structure to increase the brightness of the light.  The filament lamps are rated at 3 to 4 Watts; alternatively, low current LED arrays can be specified.  The light sources are interchangeable as they both use a standard BA 9 S bayonet connector.

The towers are supplied factory assembled to the user’s specification to save on-site time; subsequently to change the lens colour or replace the bulb is a very simple operation requiring one screw to be loosened.
